"The Viking Sky cruise ship has launched an SOS for engine problems and bad weather conditions," the Southern Norway rescue center announced on Twitter. Ships and helicopters have been sent to the place where strong winds and very high waves are reported. There are 1300 passengers on the cruise ship.
